Poll Pole

The Poll Pole was created to provide an interactive method for neighbors to communicate with one another on various topics. The nautical style flagpole is installed in my front yard and consists of a sign at sidewalk level that has the current Poll and instructions on use. At the base of the pole is a box with code flags that neighbors hoist in response to a posted question or poll.

Any neighbor can respond to a poll or post a poll for response, to reply folks follow the instructions on the poll, hoist a specific color of flag to indicate an answer or in this case, use any flag to respond.  The code flags are in two colors to allow for answers to binary questions.
